Mercury KORA Micro - Musotoku PMU Machine
The Mercury Kora is a machine built specifically for micropigmentation work.
For a broader comparison of stroke behaviour across the Mercury family, see the Mercury Stroke Guide. KORA remains a PMU-specific platform, so use its individual specification as the final reference.
Why it matters for PMU
KORA is not just another PMU machine.
Unlike conventional micropigmentation machines that spin horizontally, KORA features a vertically aligned motor, rotating in the same axis as the needle.
This mechanical architecture delivers sub-millimetric skin feedback direct to your hand, so you will be able to understand what's happening down to the tip of your needle.
The result is immediate: greater control, higher sensitivity, and a level of precision that elevates your work, especially in delicate areas and demanding techniques.
Inside KORA there's a German Faulhaber motor, which delivers the best results ever.
KORA works in combination with the ROVER R-1 KORA wireless battery, capable of operating down to speeds of 2.5 V.
At these ultra-low voltages, the machine enters a new territory, allowing you to achieve pixel and ultra-soft “fluff” effects that were previously unthinkable with conventional systems.
