      Shipping policy

      We are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our shipping terms carefully before making a purchase to understand our policies regarding shipping, delivery, and responsibilities.


      Customs Duties and Taxes

      - International Shipments: Customs duties, taxes, and any other import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary depending on the destination country and are not included in the product or shipping prices.

      - If customs duties or taxes are not paid by the customer, the shipment may be returned to us. In this case, the customer will be responsible for both the return shipping fees and any new shipping costs if the package is resent.


      Correct Shipping Address

      - It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

      - If an incorrect address is provided and the package requires redelivery or incurs additional shipping fees, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs.


      Delivery Attempts and Package Pickup

      - We will make at least two attempts to deliver your package. If the customer is not available at the provided address during these attempts, the package will be held at the nearest designated delivery office for collection.

      - Customers are responsible for collecting the package from the designated location if delivery attempts fail. Any uncollected packages may be returned to us, and the customer will be charged for the return and any re-shipment fees if applicable.

      Signature Upon Delivery

      - For your security, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the package at the time of delivery.

       

      Non-Certified Shipping

      - The shipment is **non-certified**, meaning no identification will be requested from the person receiving the package at the address provided by the customer. Once the package is delivered to the specified address and a **signature of receipt** is obtained, the shipment will be considered correctly delivered.

      - The customer is responsible for ensuring receipt of the package, whether it is delivered to their home, studio, or place of work. 

      - No claims for non-delivery or incorrect delivery will be accepted if there is proof of delivery (signature) and it was made to the address specified by the customer.


      Order Cancellations

      - Cancellations will only be accepted if the order has not yet been shipped.

      - There is a 12-hour grace period during which orders can be cancelled without any charge. After this period, cancellations will no longer be possible as shipments will have already been requested, and cancelling the order would incur costs.

      - If the customer no longer wants the product after it has been shipped, they have the option to return the unused product. Please refer to our Return Policy for further details.
