Shipping Policy
We are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our shipping terms carefully before making a purchase to understand our policies regarding shipping, delivery, and responsibilities.
Customs Duties and Taxes
- International Shipments: Customs duties, taxes, and any other import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary depending on the destination country and are not included in the product or shipping prices.
- If customs duties or taxes are not paid by the customer, the shipment may be returned to us. In this case, the customer will be responsible for both the return shipping fees and any new shipping costs if the package is resent.
Correct Shipping Address
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Customers are responsible for selecting a delivery address where the package can be received safely.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the package requires redelivery or incurs additional shipping fees, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs.
Delivery Attempts and Package Pickup
- Delivery attempts are carried out according to the carrier’s procedures for the selected shipping service and destination.
- If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may hold the package at a designated collection point or apply any other procedure established for the selected service.
- Customers are responsible for collecting the package when required by the carrier. Any uncollected packages may be returned to us, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any re-shipment fees if applicable.
Delivery Confirmation
- Depending on the destination, shipping service selected, and carrier procedures, deliveries may or may not require a signature upon receipt.
- Where no signature is required, the carrier may leave the package in accordance with its delivery procedures.
- Delivery confirmation may include signatures (where applicable), delivery scans, GPS records, photographs, driver records, or any other delivery evidence collected by the carrier.
Missing Deliveries
- If you believe your shipment has not been received, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of the carrier’s reported delivery date.
- Before reporting a shipment as missing, customers should check with household members, neighbours, reception staff, building management, or any other person who may have accepted the delivery on their behalf.
- Claims reported after this period may be significantly more difficult to investigate because evidence such as driver records, GPS data, photographs, and other carrier information may no longer be available.
- Upon receiving a report of a missing shipment, we will promptly open an investigation with the carrier and cooperate fully throughout the investigation process.
- If the carrier determines that the shipment was lost or misdelivered, we will provide an appropriate solution.
- If, following the carrier’s investigation, the shipment is confirmed as having been correctly delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, we will consider our delivery obligations fulfilled and no replacement or refund will be issued.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations will only be accepted if the order has not yet been shipped.
- There is a 12-hour grace period during which orders can be cancelled without any charge. After this period, cancellations will no longer be possible as shipments will have already been requested, and cancelling the order would incur costs.
- If the customer no longer wants the product after it has been shipped, they have the option to return the unused product. Please refer to our Return Policy for further details.
